Lets be honest. We slugged through the winter, but now as it warms up we're going to go work out, or maybe just enjoy the outdoors more. Right? RIGHT?

Matza Madness
If you have never tried making this scrumptious dessert, be nice to yourself and try it this year. There are many names for this super-easy-to-make Passover treat of crispy matzo covered with brown sugar caramel and bittersweet chocolate: Matza Buttercrunch, Matza Chocolate Toffee and my fave, "Matza Crack," because it's so addicting. Here's a version from TheKitchn and one with some fancier options from chef David Lebovitz.

Trust me on this one and give it a whirl no matter what you celebrate!  Oh, and I understand it's possible to make a pareve version using pareve margarine.
